Hello Folks. I've had this problem for some time and have been ignoring it, but it is irritating and I need to finally fix it. I use IE11 and Bing as my home-page. When I attempt to open another tab it used to open with the Bing homepage which is what I want but now it attempts to go to http://nga=1860 and obviously comes up 'Page not found'. If I click on my desktop Bing shortcut it opens another homepage in another tab no problem. This incomplete address is part of a password I use to activate Kaspersky Password Manager. Anyone any idea?

In IE 11, select the Tool gear at the right of the menu bar and select Internet Options.
Under the General Tab, select Tabs
Select the pull down menu next to When a new tab is opened: open
And select Your First home page.
