IE 32bit dont work NEED HELP PLEASE!!

My 32 bit IE has not worked for a long time I have tried everything and finally tried turning off my add ons and it worked so I went back and tried turning them off one by one and counld not find the one that is causing the problem. Im not even sure what these add ons do im not very advanced in pcs I can just follow instructions. Can someone please tell me step by step how to delet all these addons and tell me if these addons will hurt the way my PC works! Thanks in advance from a mom ready to pull her hair out LOL.

The only one you really need is Flash player. Your browser should notify you if any others are needed. Safe ones are generally Java, WMP or Quicktime plugin, a reader plugin, Silverlight, Shockwave. But any one of those could have a corrupt install, so I'd uninstall each in Control Panel and then reinstall them after googling for their download - or wait til you are prompted to install any other than Flash and any you know you use regularly.
