I keep having these errors pop up from time to time in IE 8, it will load a page and then I get this message saying IE8 has stopped working due to errors on the page. It then restarts, loads the same page (the one with errors on it supposedly), and away I go, whats odd is, if there were in fact errors on the page before, where did they go, cause it works just fine the second time. Other oddity is that on my other computer also running IE8, but using XP Pro, I never have this happen, and lastly running Firefox I also never have any problems. Its not a big problem in that I just use Firefox and everything is good, but our server at work won't let me use FF, so if I want to do anything at work I have to use IE8, so if its an easy fix I'd kinda like to know what it is.

Hello !!

Maybe its just a bad add-ons that is messing up.

Click the Start button
4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33.png
, click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) This will open up IE without add-ons see if it work with that one.

Hope this helps,
Captain

What might be happening when IE 8 restarts that page it is switches modes, going from its default engine to IE 7 emulating engine. The site in question probably does not play nice with IE 8 in its default engine.
