IE 8 beta -- can we upgrade?

hi there all

IE 8 beta -- can we upgrade? I see MS has released IE8 RC1 - everytime i try to upgrade it says my OS isnt supported .. hehe I am running windows7 with all the upto date support patches.

anyone know?

No, you can not upgrade to IE8 RC1 with 7000 Build. You'll just have to wait until there is another 7 release, which will probably have RC1 already in it.

thats no good for beta testing really.. i am testing web tools and developed software and have http that needs the new IE8 RC1 ..
