IE 8 doesn't load pages correctly

For instance, when trying to access scrapbook in orkut.com the following error message comes:

have u tried it in compatibility mode(the broken page thing at end of url bar?)If doesn't work,try getting rid of cookies from that site and try again.Not very good at this type of thing,but worth a try,sometimes fixes things.If not work,see if it works if u disable javascript
