IE 9 Beta

Hi guys I have now download IE 9 beta and I am using it but I don't seem to be getting that click sound everytime I navgate I actually like that sound and I was wondering how to enable it on IE9 is their a way through the registry because i saw there was a way to enable the menu via the resgistry is it possible to do this through the menu as well.

Welcome to SF!

  • Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sounds
  • Click the 'sounds' tab.
  • In the window, scroll down to 'Windows Explorer' and in the sub menu, highlight 'Start navigation'
  • Pull down the drop down box below and choose your preferred sound
  • Click 'Apply'

Also I realise IE9 does not come with that click sound why is that I have tried everything and still I don't get that sound any other suggestions

It's funny because for years so many people have complained about that, and wished MS would just remove the clicking sound, and now they did, and people want it back.
