good day!
i just encountered this problem today with my colleagues when they open up ie9 browser then suddenly it will take 45 seconds to 1 minute to load the homepage/website. we're using windows 7 pro licensed and windows update is ON...
i guessing there's a update from microsoft which has a problem with it.
thanks...
i did system restore 2 days ago...and it works fine
but i'm looking for the solution or fixed how to solved this issue
thanks and more power!
