IE 9, FF 21, and Windows Live Mail all not displaying correctly

After downloading and installing the latest Windows Update (important updates) on July 12, 2013, both IE9 and FF 21 as well as Windows Live Mail 2011 are all incorrectly displaying. Pages on IE9 and FF 21 are mostly black and Windows Live Mail 2011 only displays a portion of the program.

I first uninstalled all the July 12th .NET updates, rebooted, no change.

I then removed all the July 12th Security updates, rebooted, no change.

Had to revert to my backup of July 7th to get system back to normal.

Anyone have the same issues?

Was referred to an article on Update KB2803821 indicating video problems.

Reinstalled all the .NET updates, rebooted, no problems.

Reinstalled all the Security Updates except KB2803821, rebooted, problems are back.

Had to again go back to my July 7th backup to get system back to normal.

Obviously one or more of the Security Updates are causing my viewing problems.

have you tried updating to IE10, FF22, and Windows Live Mail 2012, it may be because all of your programs are outdated, I don't have a problem getting any webpages to load after the security updates
