IE crashes on ebay page after log on to ebay?

Recently, getting this error/crash on ebay AFTER logging onto the ebay site. This is only happening on this one site. I have reset IE (IE11 with all updates) on a Win7 ult 64bit PC. Using two other (win 10) laptops, it works correctly (no crash). I will see if I can boot up my old win 7 pro 64 bit laptop to see if it is having the same problem. When it crashes, I copied the information in that window, posted below:

Cannot figure this one out, last month this laptop accessed ebay with no problem (as well as the PC in OP. Will check the link posted but I spent quite a while searching MS tech pages before I came in here.
