IE Error: Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed

Hello All,

There is a desktop with Windows 7 x64 Enterprise.

Each time I access some website, it's always jump to a special URL (Like the address in attached.)

I have already reset IE and restart PC.

But I can access the URL via IP address directly.

Could you please help on it.
