IE has started to run slow

I have IE 10, and as of today, it runs slow for no reason. I don't know what could be going on, especially since it's just IE and not Firefox. I thought turning it off then on would work, but no. Any ideas?

Not sure which Security suite you have installed please fill in the blank,
Also see what this does,
Use No Add-ons mode/ Click the Start button and type in the search box,
Internet explorer

Click on the suggestion (No Add-ons) or it’s located at,
Start/ All programs/ Accessories folder/ System tools folder/ No add-ons.

Okay, IE without add ons does work, so it must be the add ons or something. As for the security suite(s), I do have MSE, Malwarebytes, and SUPERAntispyware. On IE, I do have norton safe web lite on. I did try Enhanced protection mode and no difference.

Not a good idea to have Two antivirus programs installed get rid of one or the other/ MSE or Norton.

Oh wait a minute! I thought you were asking what anti-virus scanners have in general, lol. Anyway, its Norton I have for IE only. Other add-ons include: Adobe PDF reader, shockwave, ESET (which I just disabled just now), XML DOM document, HtmlDlgSafeHelper Class, WMP, OpenDocument Class, XML HTTP 6.0, AUDIO_WAV Moniker Class, Microsoft Silverlight, XML DOM Document 3.0, XML HTTP 3.0, and finally Norton Safe Web Lite and the BHO version.

Disable Norton's add-ons and test/ one at a time ,
So MSE stands for Microsoft Security Essentials do you have this program installed ?

I tried disabling both then one at a time, and no difference.

Also, MSE is installed.

I uninstalled Norton, and IE still acts the same.

UPDATE: Out of random, I decided to try something and I started IE normally, and then I disabled my flash, and it was fine. Then when I enabled flash again, it was back to the problem. So its my flash causing this, and only to my IE (which also means I could bring back norton later, lol)

Anyway, I did reinstall flash recently, and it's only now that this is happening. I don't know if I should reinstall again, or if there is a way to make sure it functions well w/o uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. But yeah, flash seems to be the culprit.

Yea Flash/ Shockwave player is a pip,
It's the only browser add-on that does not get Disabled when a user Reset Internet explorer=Very frustrating,

I personally always run with it disabled and only Enable it when I want to watch a video..

I just uninstalled flash for both IE and Firefox and then reinstalled, and it seems to be working fine now.

That's the first step of troubleshooting,
Disable all add-ons and enable one at a time until you find the corrupt one and only uninstall it,
