I continuously get this error message, and wondering if its memory related
Windows 7 x64
16 Gig RAM
Virus is AvastPro plus MalwarebytesPro

IE seldom appears to freeze or go down, though. . .

SFC /scannow didn't help, no errors found and error message still occurring

Wow! great helpful post, I will try this later when I have the time! I agree with a bios conflict with the cpu as a potential issue.

Try running IE without add-ons,,,goto Accessories/SystemTools/IE (No Add-Ons )
