Solved IE11, not resetting

i am trying to do a reset of IE11 and when I clicked the reset button and checked delete personal settings and the click reset, I restarted my computer and when I clicked on Internet Explorer after it came back up and went to facebook, it showed me still being logged in, how should I go about fixing this problem

Do you remember seeing four green checkmarks after reset ?

Boot or shut down is usually not necessary but shouldn't hurt anything.
After all of your questions I'm starting to believe you have a (Webroot Secure Anywhere) issue,
I read and posted to a person where this security was flagging Windows snipping tool as a security risk and blocking it's operation.

In your system specs, under Browser, you list IE11 Release Preview. Hopefully you have updated IE11.

Does Webroot prevent changes to IE's homepage? Perhaps Webroot is preventing the cookies/logon from resetting as well.

thanks for reminding me to update my specs and I got the 4 green checkmarks and no WebRoot doesn't block me from changing my homepage

I can't think of another reason reset would not delete sign in cookies especially after deleting personal settings ?
Ctrl+Shift+Delete
Gear symbol/ Safety/ Delete browser history,
Uncheck the top box,
Check All others/ Delete,
Close and re-open Internet explorer.

Great but I still have no clue why full reset would not accomplish the same results ?

One tip might be to leave the Top box Unchecked I've always felt it retains things you don't want and corrupts Internet explorer ?

I have seriously thought about rolling back to IE10 because I have been having problems with IE11

I can't blame you there,
I removed ie11/ No love loss there,
It's reality with all types of sites on my end,
The day I have to leave developer tools open all of the time is the day I roll back to a previous version which is ie10,
