IE11 (Win 7) cannot open Hotmail or Yahoo

IE11 on Win7 (64). IE cannot open Hotmail and Yahoo sites. IE just tries and eventually times out. IE works 'normally' on other sites, though noticeably slower than it should be. Advice?
OR: Is there a way to uninstall IE11 and then reinstall it again from a download to solve the problem?

ie11 seems to open hotmail/outlook.com just fine and login was also okay :/
I'd suggest closing all open windows
Right click your pinned ie11 shortcut on the taskbar and click on Start In-private browsing and see if that makes any difference.
Yahoo I guess changed to 2 step sign in at some point so possibly they are having issues with it
I don't have a yahoo email address anymore so I can not test it.
