IE11 with proxy server always prompt no response

Hi.

My IE11 configured with proxy server with PAC file.
Recently, we found the IE11 prompted yellow banner with MSN.com no response at the bottom of the browse windows when I open the MSN.com, it stuck there about 20 second, and suddenly respond again, the action i tried to run such as click the icon/link or scrolling up or down, it just run it at a once.

sometimes, this symptom happened during browsing the web, not starting to browser a website.
This symptom on browser configured with proxy server PAC file more frequent than the browser configured without proxy PAC file. Is there anyone with such kind of experience, how can i fix it?

Please don't tell me switch the browser, don't use IE, company policy cannot switch the IE to other browser. Thanks.

Go to Tools / Compatibility View settings. Make sure that the problematic websites are added to this list.

You mentioned company policy not allowing you to switch to another browser. Have you asked your company's IT department for help with this?
