Solved IE11 won't download except in safe-mode

Lookin at that log its removed some kind of permissions entry for a different user
HKLM --------> NO NAME

It was leftover from a program that was removed at some stage.

Certainly not any virus/malware.

Oops, I forgot t hit 'post' on my last entry b/f marking as solved--
Anyway, that's crazy that another permission was set.
