IE8 Running Without Add-Ons

Hi Everyone! I have Win7 & IE8 browser. I checked manage add-ons when some sites would not load up. In the manage add-ons it says IE8 is running without add-ons. Manage add-ons states they are enabled. I just want to enable Adobe Flash Player 10 for now. A couple sites try & have me download it but, I already have it. Any clues here? Thanks!

A freind fixed it for me today so I am good to go for now. Everything is working as it should. Thank the Lord & a smart freind!
