ie8 tabb browsing grayed out

Hi to all,
I have a problem to use ie8 Tabb Browsing option.
It’s grayed out and I cannot enable/disable it.
Any help please.​

At the moment tabb browsing is disabled and grayed out;​

UPDATE:
I have created this tutorial to help out better. You would want to use either method in OPTION TWO to enable tabbed browsing.

Hi, by looking at this, this will delete the TabbBrowsing reg folders! Is this ment to re-set ie8 to the default? because it did not work for me!
What else could I try?

Riala,

I updated the REG download. Please try the new version.
Be sure that you restart the computer after merging the REG file to fully apply it.

It will only remove the entries from the locations that would affect all users.
