IE8 temporary internet files - can't see !

Hi,
I know the files are there, and I know the directory ( as defined in IE8 itself ), but I can't see them in any other application.

I want to use my Eraser program to erase these files properly, rather than just deleting them.

Does anyone know how I can do this ?
