Solved IE9 not showing jumplists, "Frequent" and "Tasks"

For some reason, IE9 stopped displaying the "Frequent" and "Tasks" jumplists.

I need help on how to solve this issue. I've already messed around with the %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent Items folder and cleaned it out too. I've checked my taskbar preferences and that didn't fix it either.
