Solved IE9 Search suggestions not showing

In IE8 when I typed something in my search bar it gave suggestion based on what I had typed so far but IE9 is not doing that...is there something I have to do to enable this? I double checked and all my search providers are selected to use their search suggestions so I am confused....I currently am using Yahoo as my provider if that matters.

In the drop down for IE's address box there is a "link" to turn on site suggestions...

The little downward arrow thing? If yes, then it says "show address bar autocomplete" when I hover over it but yet it does not give any suggestions.

Clicking on the arrow should show your history and there is (was on mine) a link at the very bottom for turning on suggestions. Maybe you need to type a fewchars into the address box before hitting the little down arrow...

I had the autocomplete option shut off when I had IE8 for the address bar and this was preventing search suggestions from popping up so I have it solved now. Thanks!
