IE9 Won't uninstall

I installed Windows 7 on my new rig a few months ago along with IE9. It'll take me all the way back pretty much, unless I can choose where to restore back to. In that case I'll revert back to when I made the mistake of downloading "that" IE9

You can choose a restore point in system restore, are you talking about an image?

How long have you been trying to uninstall IE9?

Will those few days be before you tried the uninstall?

Why would I want to go back? What happened was, I have IE9, then I saw IE9 Optimized for Bing and MSN. It might sound like I fall for ads, but I installed it because it said 'Upgrade'.
I tried to uninstall IE9 a while ago, but it's only now that it's obligatory for me because it's being annoying

Close all windows except HJT, then click 'fix checked'. Exit out of HJT, don't reboot yet.

Back up the registry Back up the registry then remove the default start and search pages (R1's and RO -)

Reboot and reset your default start page and search page preference. Let me know, if you don't understand my instructions.

I already went into the registry and changed the Main_Page_URL. Are you sure that's not enough?

Well, are you still Having annoying problems with IE9 optimized for Bing and MSN?

Changing my homepage without prompting me was the most annoying thing. The other things are quite minor.
If it still annoys me I know what to do I just need to depend on it...
