If I buy a dedicate VPN which is in UK, Will I need MB in My computer

I want to buy a vpn connection with a dedicated IP. But i don't know that, if i connect my pc with vpn , Am i need Extra megabits after connected VPN server with Dedicated IP??
Such as : If i have 20 megabits in my modem and i will give connect my VPN .After connected, Can I browsing long time without my MB which is in my Modem???

Your traffic consumtion would be about the same that if you were connecting directly.
The VPN is actually just a proxy, all it does is to receive your request, forward them to the final server, and the repeat its response to you. The amount of data in your modem will be almos the same as before, just going to a different server.

So yes, you'll still need the same amount of data as before.

Every request you make must go though your ISP, even though it now goes to a proxy server instead of a real server, as well as every response you get from websites must reach your computer somehow, and the only way is though your modem and though your ISP.
VPNs (claim to) add an encryption layer, and changes who can snoop on you, but don't help at all with data volumes.
