Well spoke with Dell yesterday about my upgrade preorder after noticing a shipping error and aparently they blew it big time and shipped out the copies early (this effected many customers). Which they had to intercept. According to dell I'll have to reorder the upgrade myself as all they can do is credit my account for their mistake. When I asked them about why I was not notified all they could state was everyone effected was sent an email which I had never received (sounded fishy to me as I have ordered many thousands of dollars of equipment in the past from them and never had comunication problems). Just passing this along for those that ordered early from dell my want to double check thier orders. Even after speaking with a manager niether of them offered to resubmit my order while they had me on the phone which I thought was poor customer service, time to take my business elsewhere.

Ouch sounds like someone didn't enter the info correctly and they are just passing the problem off to a system error. To me this is Dell's standard play book every time something big comes threw and they are not ready its a system or processing order and their phone staff is told to tell the customer to resubmit the order.
