I'm A Admin And Can't Make Some Changes?

I went to the power settings and tried to make an adjustment for "What to do when the screen closes" It says I am not an Admin and that I might belong to soe=me network or something? This is the 1st time I hve ever seen where I can't change something. I have looked all around and I can make changes everywhere else. Any help out there??

No, I don't have the remote desktop setup. I even set up another Admin account and it was the same. Let me do a pic.

I just went into my power plan settings and reset it to the default setting. I then went into the advanced to make some adjustments. The only one that I cannot change is the "What to do when you close the screen". This is just wierd.....
