I'm having wireless Issues with the Intel 1030,Turning off by itself

I noticed my wireless 1030 is acting strange after getting BSOD(not the cause of Wireless but it was solved)and now I'm experiencing some problems, here are the issue. I'm worried if it is the NIC card

1.like it takes a while to connect to a certain webpage then whenI looked up on Event viewer it stated in the lines of Google too long to respond DNS

2. sometimes the wireless would switch off by itself and when I try to reconnect to my home router it says "Cannot find my router* yet I can see it shows my wireless router is available then when I look up event viewer it states " NETBIOS over TCPIP has entered Stop state".

I would have to click on

*Troubleshoot Problems which then would let me reconnect back in the router*

3. I have been getting this new event viewer error 5060:
The description for Event ID 5060 from source NETwNs64 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

I can see my network information by typing ipconfig/all BUT recently I performed a Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software Manual Diagnostics Tool and it failed on "Radio ON test" yet my wifi switch was ON. I'm really worried if it is the NIC card.
If it is the NIC card would I be able to replace it by not dismantling parts such as the keyboard/or screen to get to the card

It almost sounds like a nic driver issue. Have you updated it recently? Try to update, or roll-back if update did not work.
Replacing your nic should not be to hard depending on your device. Usually the nic is the easiest of the add-on boards to get to. But, I really don't think it's the nic. Were you changing, installing, updating anything with your hardware, operating system when this happened? If driver update/rollback doesn't work, try a system restore if feasible.

Update: I noticed when my wireless connection turns off I get this message and I'm not sure what it means

"Router Advertisement settings have been changed on the network adapter 13. The current M - Managed Address Configuration flag is false and the O - Other Stateful Configuration flag is false. User Action: If you are seeing this event frequently, then it could be due to frequent change in M and O flag settings on the router in the network. Please contact your network administrator to have it resolved."

Hmm, these errors, I believe, are pointing towards an IPv6 issue. Do you have DHCPv6 disabled in your router? Unfortunately, I am a little clueless when it comes to the IPv6 stuff, other than my new router has it, is set to auto, and is configuring itself. My workstations are now getting v6 addresses. Please post an ipconfig /all for review after it has been disabled.
