Image not showing in folder backgrounds for my windows themes

Whenever i install a theme (any theme) it never shows a picture in the white area of the folders and stuff. For example, Whenever i open up my computer its supposed to have a picture like in this link:http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XP8-CujoMFU/UZcvx2IYSfI/AAAAAAAABYE/PlQ4P0UIY20/s1600/2.jpg
but instead all that shows up is just empty white space: imgur: the simple image sharer
Does anyone know how i can fix this problem? I am running Windows 7 Home premium-64bit. Heres a link to the theme:[Theme Win 7] Shakugan No Shana by Nelson

I tried to download this theme to test but a person needs a account and it uses a download manager that adds a toolbar so it's not going to happen.

Most of them themes like that have the shellstyle.dll in the theme folder edited to point to those images in a folder, you may need to ask theme maker to help.
