Hello,
I've restored an image system from my IMac win7 to my new custom Pc. But it can't boot. When I use the recover CD Rom it say that Windows version is not the same as the image system you try to repair.
The image was made on an almost dead IMac (graphic card) so every graphic driver where removed before snapping the system. The IMac win7 was installed on a hard drive. Is this a problem to restore it on ssd? Is this the reason (coming from a Mac) why it doesn't work?

when I boot I face a blue screen, even in safe mode. Because of the CD repair version mismatch I can't access to c: prompt.
I'm out of idea
Sorry for my English, it's not my native language

Maybe it's because, IMac and Windows are two different corporations. They have very different work scheme, that's why you can't boot, but anyway, you should try moving the files to another computer,if it works, then your PC has a problem

I've it's the classic trouble restoring from HDD to SSD.
As the imac mac is dead, I've only got the microsoft system image on an external usb drive. Is there a third party tool that can restore a microsoft format image system?
