Image viewer with opacity settings?

hello, i was wondering is there a screen or image viewer software which will stay on top and can be set to lower opacity to look tho it so that you can work in the background. I have 100.000 tribal tatoos which i need to identify so this would be great.

you could use HTC gadget's found here http://www.htchome.org/en/downloads/ you can set the opacity to your liking and pin it above all other running programs.

plus when your done with it you can bugger it off and still have a really cool clock gadget installed
