Immediate "Logging Off" When Logging in

So I've tried searching around and I've seen other people having this similar problem but their situation isn't exactly the same situation I'm in.

I have an HP laptop Windows 7 64-bit which had the free Windows 10 Update Notification. I thought I'd try it I heard things run faster games play faster etc. It slowed the computer down so much! Starting the computer up and shutting the computer down took forever. Fast boot was enabled too. All in all it was a big fat mess. So I rolled back to Windows 7 64-bit. Now when starting up the computer (I have two users one administrator and one standard user) the administrator logs in fine runs fine. The standard user as soon as I click to log in it says welcome then logging out and kicks back to the login screen. This all happened after rolling back from 10. Would hate to wipe and reset the whole computer, but thinking it might have to come to that. Windows 10 really messed it up.

We had a very similar case just recently, it is a permissions issue with either registry or system files.

The solution was to run Tweaking.com All-in-One Repair (run as admin in Safe Mode with Networking) - Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Free/Pro

There was a debate about AIO giving full access rights to all users which may cause security problems later but there were also update notes stating those were fixed.

I was able to get into the account by turning into an administrator but then when I turned it back to standard user it was doing the same thing. So your explanation makes sense. Thank you.

I only ran the registry fix tool and after a restart the 'Standard' accounts started working again

I tried using ccleaner but apparently that did nothing lol. I'll post back later with results.
