Import Outlook Express, no street address

Well just last night someone phoned me and asked for my brothers new phone number and then realized I hadn't set up an address book in W7. Upon doing a search of the forums I don't see much positive feelings.... about new address books and email clients.

I imported my old address book from my old hdd and upon inspection it only imports the name, email address and phone number. No other information. No street address, etc.

So now looking further into this, I see it looks like a problem, I used Outlook Express for years and thought I was going to just use webmail instead. It has been nothing but a headache so far making the switch. The only part about changing to W7 that has been difficult has been the change of email systems. I have yahoo mail but I didn't do a sync before I upgraded so my contacts there are outdated.

I used to have my address book syncing with my Blackberry under Windows XP so maybe I will try that route, since my phone addresses are up-to-date. Perhaps I can get all my addresses and numbers that way.

Wish me luck! :p

This is a do it all PC / Media Center with sound output to an external receiver. Plays all games, TV, Video, all controlled via a tablet. A second computer acts as a backup for data, and in case the main goes down.
:o Ignore the above post, its solved, I'm so stupid. :D. All the info is there it just wasn't showing in the window. Still a pain in the but though to migrate from Outlook Express. Webmail is terrible, especially Telus webmail, the absolute worst ISP webmail ever! It logs you out every 5 s.
