Importing E Mail and settings into Win7 Live Mail

I just upgraded to Win 7 and will be using live mail. How do I export my mail address book from my old Vista computer? Both computers are on the same wireless network. Any help would be appreciated.

PS: My mail program on the Vista machine is Earthlink Mail
