It's excellent for running virtual OS with minimal RAM usage, but I think it's too crippled for a Host OS setup. Nonetheless, there are some good tweaks listed there and some of them are useful to know the functionality of Windows services and features.

Great value to add to the mentioned tutorial, as it offers a view of those many registry hacks that have been thrown over the net, not really telling what was they were first for and are turn onto a comprehensive guide, now.

Note:

Some Windows 7 users who are using SSD Caching (Intel Smart Response Technology) should check whenever the Prefechter & Superfetch are disable on their machines, because i recently discovered an update have re-enable those two settings and are not needed because of SSD Cache.

Chapter: 9. Memory Management Settings - page 23 & 24 of this Microsoft guide.

The last Intel SSD Toolbox don't disable them as it used to do it before when optimizing the SSD Drive.

On windows 8 it does works differently and have to be enable.
