Solved In my office I-T supervisor block my internet speed

dear friends i m working in kuwait...
my problem is net speed..
in my company i have 8mb dsl link b4 i was using full speed but now my it supervisor block my speed
In the property of lan card thereis writen receive buffers 512 befor it was 1gb..
how i will fix that pls help me........

You will have to talk to your IT guy for that. It's the company's internet, so they have the right to regulate it.
