In need of desparate help with Nvidia Geforce 9800m gs and win 7 Ult

I bought my asus g50v from ebay about an year and half ago. I updated it to Windows 7 ultimate and everything was working fine. But about a month ago, my laptop started giving me BSOD. I wanted to install fresh windows 7 ultimate again so i could get rid of all the crap. Installation went fine. But under device manager, there is a yellow exclamation right next to Nvidia Geforce 9800m gs under Display adapter. I have tried reinstalling fresh windows again few times, disabled windows update for it, went to nvidia website and got latest driver but nothing helped.
Can anyone please help me with this?

Under properties of nvidia geforce 9800m gs, it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Try again, and do a custom/clean install of the drivers.

I did. I uninstalled the display driver that was in asus website, uninstalled it, used driver sweeper to remove all the traces of old driver files and did clean install of latest nvidia driver 334.89. I restarted my laptop and still yellow exclamation next to nvidia geforce 9800m gs. ��.

Your GPU is probably dying. (error 43).
You might need to replace it...
