Include Sound Scheme in .theme file

I have created a customized .theme file and would like to include a custom sound scheme in it. Microsoft's developer site at
Creating and Installing Theme Files (Windows)
states "A sound scheme name can be specified" and gives an example:

[Sounds]
; "Quirky" sound scheme
SchemeName=@%SystemRoot%\System32\mmres.dll,-819

but doesn't give any more info. Does anyone know anything more about this? What if I have a sound scheme saved as "Clyde's Sounds"? How do I include that in my .theme file? Are all custom sound schemes somehow stored in the mmres.dll file?

Hello Clyde,

Have you considered create a .themepack file instead. It will include all of the file within it and will automatically install everything when ran.
