Increase screen saver grace period?

I want to adjust the grace period between appearance of a password-protected screen saver and acceptance of password. So that if the password protected screen saver comes on I can just wiggle the mouse within a few seconds rather than enter a password.

Here's the registry tweak I used that works for Vista but apparently not for Win7

Tweak Library ? Increase the screen saver grace period.

Is there a reg tweak or freeware program for Win7 that will do the same?

NOTE: Registry modifications can be harmful to your computer if not done properly. Please back up the registry itself, and any important data you wouldn't want to lose, before performing a registry edit.

Thanks for researching it for me but I did already find that post and tried the registry tweak but it didn't work for me. As one person suggested on that thread, it could be that I am using a customized screen saver and log-on screen that I created using the "Tweaks Log-On Changer".
I really like my customized screen saver and log-on screens but I may temporarily disable them just to see if it makes a difference. Thanks again for your time.

Sure, sorry to hear it didn't work. Let us know if disabling your custom screensaver/logons helps at all.
