Solved increase the size of user account pic on login screen

hello guys i am the only user on my laptop i want the small pics to be like

+ also remove the blurry effect on the image on startmenu + also making it large ???????

I don't believe there is a supported way of doing this.

These items are hard coded into the operating system - If you wish to change them you would need to re-write windows
