Hello
I have a question about setting my nvidia graphics card
Refresh rate to standard 60 hertz.
I found a link to this issue but i wonder if it stays the same after adjusting it
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/33641-screen-refresh-rate-custom-nvidia-brand.html

The main problem is i try to play SWTOR but after pressing launch i think it puts my refreshrate to 75 which my acer monitor cant support.

I tried to adjust my ini file but it resets to default and says input not supported.
I know i dont have specs but anyone know this problem and have a solution? :(

"...I tried to adjust my ini file but it resets to default and says input not supported..." Assuming you mean SWTOR's ini file; have you already contacted SWTOR help? I'm hoping they can provide an answer on how make SWTOR work with 60Hz and not trying to force 75Hz.
I remember in the old days of Windows 3.1 - WFW 3.11, to get a better resolution, I would "lie" to Windows and tell it I was using another monitor. However, I never ever did that for a refresh rate; I was told to use 60Hz, and forever after - 60Hz :)
