"INSERT REMOVABLE MEDIA ERROR"

All you have to do is go into Backup Options and select 'Create a new Full Backup'.

Once this is done, the 'Insert Removable Media' error will disappear and you will have a new Warning message regarding Backups.

Then, if you don't want Backups, you can just click on 'Turn off Messages about Windows Backup'.

This will solve the problem.
