Inserted movie in powerpoint2003 causes problem in powerpoint2010

My ppt file was made with ppt2003, it has no problem with powerpoint2003. When I opened it with my powerpoint 2010, it went well until I clicked on the inserted movie. The problem is this: a popup box tells me that it's checking solution, then powerpoint2010 exits. This happens with all the inserted movies in any 2003ppt file.
How should I solve the problem?
