Inspiron6000,ATI X300, desktop goes black

Hi,
I have problem with W7 RC1 on my Dell Inspiron 6000 ATI X300.

After resuming from sleep mode (or hibernation) my desktop goes black.
It means my wallpaper is gone, black screen is shown.
I can still work, but i can't force windows to show any wallpaper. I can't even change background color.

After restart everything works fine.
My current video drivers are Drivers & Tools | GAME.AMD.COM

Those are for Vista x86 but work (almost) fine on my computer
Any ideas?

no idea, but i want to ask iam unable to ge aero effect on my dell 6000 inspiron, having x300 ATI graphic card???
