Instalation Error 0x800706ba

Hello everyone. I need to reinstall win7 on my friend pc. He got 2 discs, i tried on both but all failed. It's 32bit Win7 Ultimate. When i choose disc and click 'next' installer shows error with code 0x800706ba. One disc is clear on IDE connection and it's destination for os disc. Please help me!
Edit#1 Diskpart cant connect to RPC server.

Yes, i know that for more than 3,25gb ram i need x64 but my friend had only 3gb

OK then 32 bit would be best if he doesn't plan to upgrade RAM. If Processor far exceeds RAM performance while observing the Resource Monitor then that might be a reason to do so. But he wouldn't want to increase RAM if the processor couldn't handle the extra RAM.

Continue with the troubleshooting steps which resolve all install problems.
