I want to install a new windows 7 here ^^^ on the first partition, it's an old ext4 partition and anything of use has been extracted and saved away. Now I want to use win7 until I can't, then I'll jump back on some linux for a while until I look at how win10 can be totally closed down from phoning out without good reason.
Now, will this work fine? Will the installer want to name it C: too causing problems?
I can't Clean Boot into this one I have right now, if you see my last posts regarding my CheckSUR results, my winupdates and .NET packages complete destruction and inability to even reinstall them by trying to install windows updates when KB4474491 completely failed on me, had a 2 hours reverting changes boot screen and then well, there's over a million errors in that checksur.
It's a march 2019 slipstreamed iso of windows 7 x64 ultimate, it works just fine, I've tried it on my older desktop and it's fine. I'm just not sure if I'll get the windows boot-manager allow me to get back into this current 4th partition install, I won't be feeling like reinstalling everything on that partition just right away, so I'll need to get back into this partition. Everything's backed up in multiple ways. I'm good to go.
Should work from what I've read, but I thought I'd ask here too.
