Install Drivers --> BSOD

After I install ATI Drivers 9.4, or Realtek High Definition Audio Driver 2.27 or even drivers from windows update for my TV card. Every time I change drivers I get a BSOD, not after install but after the installation I make a restart and BSOD happen (after the logo of Windows 7 and before the welcome scream). I could get in, in Safe Mode and try the restore and sometimes after that i can get in again in normal mode, but if i make a rr again, it goes to the same thing.

If someone could translate that for me, it will be great. I already try google it, install drivers once in a time, install the SO many times, but still can't isolate the problem of the BSOD.

In Windows Vista everything works great, but in any build of 7 give me problems.

Hardware:
P4 HT 3.0

ATI HD3450
Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Global

Hello ALL, welcome.

This sounds like your TV card is incompatible. If you take the card OUT of your computer, how does it run?

But your opinion is based in the codes that i get or only a guess?

Wierd windows update have drivers for my TV card "Leadtek WinFast TV2000" and this TV card crash windows 7?!

Anyway, i will take out my TV Card and make a fresh installation of 7 to see if I get BSOD again or not ;)

Tks for the answer.

EDIT:
After the instalation with out the TV Card I install all the drivers (ATI, Realtek, etc..) and everything works great now, I even try provoque a crash like making a force rr but the PC starts normally, dont get any BSOD :D so I can say that now everything works 100%

It's only bad the fact that i lost my remote controll and the use of my computer as media center now are gone :(

Soz make another post but....

Only to report that, the Crash's and the BSOD's turn back.... I only turn off computer for some hours and now that i turn on comp again the same happen, reboots and more reboots.

The PC turn's off when are in the win logo and before goes to the welcome scream. I start the PC again and ask me if i want make a repair, I make the repair and it get in windows without problems, probably gets to the first restore point (cuz any drivers are install and some files from desktop that i erase are there).
After get's in windows again, I make a restart and BSOD happens again... Seriously? It looks that he is joking with me  (without any change of hardware or software the BSOD happen)

So i guess i can say is not the TV card. Now that i almost have sure that everything will work great, happens again.

Now i don't even have sure if it is a driver problem

ALL, at this point I recommend stripping the computer down. Take out ANYTHING that is NOT your mobo, PSU, CPU, 2 gig RAM, and (if needed) the Video Card.

Boot up, and if the problem still occurs, something else is bad. Might be RAM, or your VC.
