Solved Install error: 0xc00000e9

Okay so as i have seen some other people having a bit of problem with
i am also getting this error when installing
so fare none of those topics have been able to help me sadly
This is a all new pc a first time install i am trying to do.
So that means there have not been anything installed on the hard drive yet
but when i try to install windows i get that nasy error and i cant install
i have tryed unplugging the keyboard and replacing with a new one and with the mouse also those 2 was both connected with USB
i do not know what to do could someone please help me out thanks

If you download a ISO, try burning the disk at a slow speed.

but found out that it was due to a scratch in the cd gosh i feel stupid now but thanks alot for your response
