Install freezes at "completing Installation"

I know this topic gets covered a lot but i cannot find an answer to my problem.

I am performing a clean install from usb of windows 7 home 32-bit onto a hp mini 210-1030nr. Of course, the installation is freezing at the "completing installation" screen. The loading dots completely stop moving!

There are no usb devices connected. I have made sure to partition correctly (left as unpartitioned space). I have checked all bios options but there really arent many available. Shift+f10 does nothing. My system meets the requirements. Please help....
