And if you are not the administrator just a limited user,I have a tool which gives you ownership(rights and permission to modify the file) of any file(you don`t have to be an administrator).

btw, MSI dont have the "run as admin" context menu

hold shift and then right click. the 'Run as' should be there.. if its not then you probly have UAC turned off..
