install of 7600, can i with raid1?

If i have 2 partitions, one win7(installed now, older build) one everything else. allready in raid1...will i be able to install this onto the OS part withought loosing everything on partition 2??

i figured the answer would be the same if you haave the same question for vista or xp...i just dont know it lol
