install problems with the screen

so i start instalation and after the first reboot and im waiting for the
"completing instalation" screen but then my screen goes to the pic
i tried using a S.video to link it but it doesnt send out any images other that the mouse is visible when i move it around .

any ideas on how i may fix this its really bugging me that i have no OS

Remove the video card and use onboard video if you have that. After install completes well, shut down the machine and put the video card back in. Go into bios and now disable onboard video.

Attach monitor to video card. Then boot to Windows and install the driver for video card.
